Our Board

The members of our board of directors are thought leaders who have made a significant contribution to our society.
Each and every one of them brings a unique set of skills and expertise to our organization.

She has been in the IT field for over 14 years, has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and is experienced in the Real Estate, Finance, Pension, Retail and Online Marketing Industries.

Her specialization is in Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, and Strategy.

Her background is in business development with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Concordia University. 

She also holds a Professional Development Certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning from McGill University.


Her mission is to help young workers to grow their careers and build their confidence in the Data Analytics field while contributing to building the Cayman Islands a Smart Islands Tech.

 

Her experience from being a team leader in BI, and a Data Architect to Data Scientists has inspired her to grow her passion even larger by giving back to the community and by passing on her extensive knowledge to the next generation.

 

Having always been passionate in technology, her latest accomplishment was winning Cayman Tech City’s First Hackathon Challenge. Her solution to the “Taking the bus in Grand Cayman can sometimes be a bit of a challenge” question impressed the judges and led to the birth of the idea of coaching like-minded people so that we can help our community together!

He is a very dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience, has helped children, college students, employees, and executives, to achieve their goals, locally and internationally.


He strongly believes that education is a lifetime pursuit and the means for self-discovery. His focus is on developing students’ curiosity, love for learning, and the confidence to take on the world. This is so that the students have the courage to explore and discover their strengths, their passions and their purpose in life.

This is also what makes him believe that he can help Caymanians and young people in the Cayman Islands prepare themselves in order to pursue their dreams.

Having worked with people from all walks of life, his teaching background has been across diverse sectors such as Sales Services, Marketing, IT, Legal Services, Finance, Human Resources, Machinery, International Relationships, Operation, Staff Development, Drilling, Expedition, Master Programs, Prospective English Teachers Training, Customer Service, Healthcare, and Test Preparation. With his experience, he will be a valuable asset in helping the Cayman Islands to solve current problems in the community.

 

Currently, he is trying to build and improve the self-confidence, as well as physical health and strength, of primary students in the Cayman Islands.

He holds a Kukkiwon (International) 2nd Dan of Blackbelt in Taekwondo and is volunteering at the Cayman Islands Taekwondo Federation teaching free self-defense classes in Government Public Schools. 

 

This is his first step in building the Cayman Islands to be a better place to live, and he is so eager to grab other opportunities to contribute more to the Cayman Islands and its communities.
